FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of mechanics. The actuator includes active element made of electrically active material one part of which is suspended over baseplate and the other part bears against the baseplate and has contacts to supply distorting current, and element for twist registration. Working element is made of quasi-one-dimensional conductor (CODC) with charge-density wave (CDW) with two contacts for current supply. The second version of working element implementation has the form of two quasi-one-dimensional conductors (CODC) with charge-density wave (CDW) bonded edge-to-edge so that the other ends of working elements are suspended on fixed contacts, and polar axis of one of the working elements is turned for 180° relative to the other.
EFFECT: increase in productivity, effectiveness, functionality improvement and produceability enhancement.
