FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is implemented by following: natural juice is warmed up Vapour is evaporated, drawoffed and condensed. Condensate is removed, paste is produced. The paste is dried at atmosphere pressure and temperature not exceeding 50°C till viscosity 20-200 Pa·s is obtained.
EFFECT: extraction of paste with granule production, drying of granulated juice till moisture content 6-14%.
