FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to angiologia. Ultrasonic Dopplerography of main forearm arteries is performed. In diagnostic evaluation of results pulsation index (PI) and spectral broadening index (SBI) are used, as norm index, following values of indices are taken: PI 4.5±0.8, SBI 76.3±7, obtained for ulnar artery. At the background of trustworthy reduction of linear blood flow rate, in case of increase of PI index in combination with reduction of SBI index, cervical osteochondrosis is diagnosed, and in case of increase of PI and SBI indices cubital tunnel syndrome at the background of syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for estimation of blood supply of upper extremities.
