FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to electromyography. That involves electric stimulation of the ulnar points first of which is at 3 cm away in the proximal direction from the distal wrist folds, second one is at 2-3 cm below of the medial epicondyle of humerus, and third one is above the ulnar alveus. There is evaluated decrease of motor response amplitude and speed derived in various stimulation points. Decrease of the motor response amplitude in the second stimulation by 15% and more in relation to the amplitude in the first point, and decrease of its speed in a segment between the second and third stimulation points by 21% and more in relation to the motor response speed in the segments between the first and second points ensure diagnosing cubital canal syndrome.
EFFECT: method extends the range of products for diagnosing cubital canal syndrome.
