FIELD: medicine, traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating fractures of long tubular bones: into proximal osseous fragment one should introduce three rods of special equipment. Middle rod should be installed against proximal one being one fourth of the distance between marginal rods. All the rods should be introduced at the angle of 30° against the perpendicular of fragment's axis. Distal and middle rods should be introduced with inclination from fracture site, and proximal rod should be introduced into the fragment with inclination towards fracture site. Middle rod should be introduced with possibility to rotate around fracture axis for the angle of 60° against distal rod and for the angle of 30° against proximal one, and distal rod - for the angle of 90° against proximal rod. Similarly, one should introduce rods into another fragment. The innovation enables to provide increased stability and rigidity of fixation of fragments and, also, shorten rehabilitation period.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
