SUBSTANCE: invention is related to cosmetology, in particular to composition for skin care, including: cosmetically acceptable cations of polyvalent metals; cosmetically acceptable fatty acids C12-40, which are able to create insoluble salt with cation of polyvalent metal; cosmetically acceptable water-insoluble oil component, where polyvalent metal cation is protected against interaction with fatty acid by means of incapsulation or coating of cosmetically acceptable salt or fatty acid or use of formulations with lower water content or non-aqueous compositions, preferably, containing less than 20 wt % of water, or addition of cosmetically acceptable salt into composition after oil and water components are combined.
EFFECT: invention provides for skin moistening and protects it against drying, at the same time skin becomes softer and smoother.
