FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Preformed extended model is submersed into suspension made of refractory particles and colloidal liquid binding for creation of coating layer on mentioned model, application of particles of refractory material on coating layer and drying of the received form. During at least one stage of application of particles of refractory material on coating layer, particles of refractory material are beforehand mixed to gelling material for covering of part of mentioned refractory particles by this material, that after contact to coating layer moisture would absorbed by gelling material, that leads to transformation into gel of colloidal bundle. In the capacity of gelling material it is used polymer-super absorbent.
EFFECT: there is achieved reduction of drying time of shell mould.
