FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used for casting of blades from heat resistant metal alloys of gas turbine engines. Casing mould is made by three-dimensional printing simultaneously with the rod by successive application and hardening of layers of refractory ceramic material with binder and laser sintering. Casting mould is made thin-walled, with walls thickness not exceeding 5 mm. To remove binder, cured mould with rod is heated. Variable level of porosity of thin-wall shape and rod according to the first embodiment is implemented by their uneven heating during roasting, and according to the second embodiment - by incomplete solidification of internal structure of rod material by laser at realization of three-dimensional printing. Then, ceramic layer of preset thickness is formed on casting mould by at least one-time submersion of mould into ceramic suspension and application of refractory ceramic material on outer surface of mould and dried obtained mould.
EFFECT: higher fracture strength and strength of shell in conditions of thermal change during metal pouring and cooling and variable level porosity of shell material and integrated into it rod.
