FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method is described for production of pyrazinamide by oxidising ammonolysis of methyl pyrazine, which is executed in presence of water vapors and nitrogen in gas phase with further extraction of pyrazinamide in single stage, and catalyst is used with the following composition, wt %: 5-75 V2O5 and 95-25 TiO2 (anatase), with specific surface of 10-120 m2/g.
EFFECT: production of pyrazinamide from methyl pyrazine in single stage, elimination of hazardous gas emissions.
