FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: in its chamber, a bioreactor has a container for decellularisation and recellularisation of biological tissues. The container is provided with a removable pressure cap, a release valve and medium connections. A shaker is arranged under the chamber on a platform, and a platform with a number of retaining pins is provided above the shaker; besides, an oxygenator, a water bath with the mediums injected by a hose pump are connected to the chamber. The whole system is provided with a pressure regulator, safety and electromagnetic valves, a centralised logistic controller.

EFFECT: bioreactor provides qualitative treatment of any biological material; it is easy-to-use, reliable and cost-efficient.
