SUBSTANCE: used for liquid flow velocity identification in well borehole with pulsed radiation method. Radiate rock with impulse radiation source, receive first time signal, created in result of radiation, and deflecting source actuation moment of time, receive second time signal, created in result of one detector radiation, located remotely form the source, and reflecting flow velocity of first liquid, and determine flow velocity based on first time signal analysis, one second time signal and distance between place where first signal has been measured and one detector or between radiation source and one detector.
EFFECT: more accurate measurements of liquid flow velocity in a borehole.
