METHOD OF CALLING TELEPHONE NETWORK USER (VERSIONS) AND SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES FOR REALISING SAID METHOD Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC H04M11/00 H04M3/53 H04M1/64

Abstract RU 2376723 C2

FIELD: physics; communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telephony and can be used communication and data transmission systems. According to one version of the method, at the side of the called subscriber (in another version - calling subscriber) a message on the person of the called subscriber is created and sent to a telephone network in which are stored this message and an identification feature of the terminal device from which the message came. At the side of the calling subscriber (in another version - the called subscriber) a message on the person of called subscriber is created and sent to the telephone network. In both versions this message is initially created on one secondary terminal device, sent over a wireless communication device to the other primary terminal device with the identification feature, and then sent to a telephone network where the received message is compared with an earlier stored message. If a comparison result is obtained, identification features of corresponding primary terminal devices are determined and a communication channel is setup between subscribers. The communication system has a telephone network with control equipment, secondary and primary terminal devices at the side of the calling subscriber and at the side of the called subscriber. The secondary terminal device includes a control, information input and display unit, a conversion unit and a unit for receiving and transmitting signals over a wireless channel, and the primary terminal device includes a unit for receiving and transmitting signals over a wireless channel, a conversion unit and a network terminator, connected by a communication channel with control equipment of the telephone network and with a separate or combined identification feature with the communication channel.

EFFECT: creation of technical conditions for using a highly secure personal mobile subscriber device with free selection of addressing, compatible with any type communication system without limitation of "numbering capacity" and without need for system registration and identification.
