SUBSTANCE: message on the person of the called user is first generated in the device of the called user and transmitted to a telephone network. The message on the person of the called user and the telephone number of the device of the called user are stored in the telephone network. The message on the person of the called user is then generated in the device of the calling user and sent to the telephone network. In the telephone network, the message on the person of the called user, received from the device of the calling user, is compared with previously received messages. If the comparison result is positive, a communication channel is established between devices of the called and calling users. In the device of the calling user, another message is generated for the called user, and in the telephone network, after receiving messages from the device of the calling user, the message for the called user is further stored; in case of a positive result of comparing messages on the person of the called user, the message for the called user is first sent to the device of the called user; a message for the calling user and a message on the time for establishing the communication session are generated in the device of the called user; the time for conducting the communication session is stored in the telephone network; a timer is switched on; the message on the time for conducting the communication session and the message for the calling user are sent to the device of the calling user, and only then, based on the timer readings, a communication channel is established between devices of the calling and called users.

EFFECT: creating conditions for widening the range of communication services and enabling easy response to incoming calls and conducting a communication session at a time which is convenient for the called user.
