FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of sanitary slaughter of animals, especially poultry, such as hens and ducks, in case of infectious disease outbreak. Method differs by the fact that at least one part of body, either nose, or mouth of animal, is coated with foam made of liquid and gas. Liquid contains surfactant, and gas contains gas component, which is able to kill and/or put animals down. Suitable gas component is, for instance carbonic gas. Invention is also related to sack (2), which is suitable for realisation of above mentioned procedure.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to faster damage animals with lower risk for health of personnel who executes slaughter.
