FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device contains translucent hemisphere, which is placed on base, and source with light ray, acting as test-object and moved manually on coordinate net of meridians and circles, applied on external surface of hemisphere. As source, applied is lighter with light brightness over 1000 kd/m2 , transmitting light ray via optical fibrous light conductor, on whose end changeable cap-diaphragm is placed. Diametre of hemisphere, placed on base with possibility of movement in three directions of coordinate system, constitutes 0.222 m. On internal surface of hemisphere additional colour spotted stimuli are placed.

EFFECT: application of claimed device allows to increase efficiency of carried out examination of patients with low vision acuity.
