FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Through both bone fragments intraosteal rod is passed with its two-side blocking. Osteotomy of longer bone fragment is performed. On short bone fragment one external support is mounted. Dosed relocation of intermediate bone is carried out realised by means of flexible ties, which are fixed to intermediate bone fragment, passed through openings made in shorter bone fragment and fixed to external support.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of danger of occurrence of infection complications and contractures, injury of main vessels and nerves, increase of comfort of treatment for patients due to reduction of transosteal apparatus dimensions.
