FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for prevention of generation of smoke, vapors, dust and other products, including chemical contaminants from areas, where they are generated. Device comprises suction cap joined by means of tubular sections with exhaust fan, and mechanism of displacement and fixation in required spot of suction cup installation. Tubular sections are arranged as corrugated with the possibility of their variation in length, with spiral metal frame and comprise vertically installed tubular section joined to suction cap and via bend of invariable geometry with horizontally arranged tubular section, which is connected to exhaust fan by means of two bends and nozzle. Bend, which is adjacent to horizontally installed tubular section, is arranged as movable relative to bend rigidly fixed to nozzle, and mechanism of displacement and fixation of suction cap comprises two parallel-installed string bearing elements, with slide ring installed on each of them, between specified elements, perpendicularly to them, there is a cord installed as moving along these string bearing elements, ends of which are rigidly connected to slide rings of string bearing elements, at the same time there is also a slide ring installed on cord, which is rigidly connected to bend of invariable geometry, and inside of bend of invariable geometry and inside bend that is adjacent to horizontally installed tubular section there are rolls installed, through which flexible traction rod is thrown over, one end of which is connected to suction cap, and the other one - to facility that controls and fixes length of flexible traction rod. Device provides for expansion of functional resources due to achievement of higher mobility of suction cap with simplification of design, reduction of material intensity, achievement of high ergonomic properties without limitation of installation of other technological equipment in working premise.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to catch hazardous substances with the same efficiency from any point of working premise.
