FIELD: cargo-transfer systems. SUBSTANCE: delivery of modules is effected by means of two-section water craft provided with fore and aft sections with single-compartment module of reactor compartment placed between them. For receiving and loading said module on water craft , fore section of water craft is first delivered to upper side stage of docking basin by means of bogies and then single-compartment module is delivered by means of bogies and is placed above cargo davits of fore section of water craft, after which aft section is received on upper side stage of docking basin provided with limiting beams. Free ends of cargo davits and limiting beams are connected by means of gripping and locking units with hulls of sections embracing single-compartment module. Then, docking basin is filled with water at slight raising of water craft till its cargo davits get in contact with said module; it is fixed in inter-section space of water craft. Then, water craft is removed from docking basin and single-compartment module of reactor compartment is transported to sea-going transport facility. Facility proposed for realization of this method is made in form of vessel consisting of two detachable fore and aft sections which are interconnected by means of gripping and locking units. Limiting beams are provided with pneumatic and mechanical fenders for fixing transversal motion of single-compartment module on water craft. End faces of fore and aft sections of water craft are provided with units for fixing longitudinal motion of single-compartment module, also by means of pneumatic and mechanical fenders.
