FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for receiving of sorbitised rolled wire, provided for following reprocessing into cord. Method includes melting of metal in steel-smelting aggregate, discharge a metal into casting ladle, deoxidation of metal in casting ladle with additive of carboniser to bottom of ladle up to beginning of metal discharge and ferroalloy into jet of metal, blowing of metal by argon in casting ladle, out-furnace treatment at installation furnace-ladle, poring of metal from casting ladle into intermediate ladle with protection of metal jet by argon and continuous casting of profiled section. Minimal feed of oxygen from slag into metal, receiving of required compound of metal and slag, morphology and dimension of non-metallics is provided ensured by that at appearance of first portions of furnace slag during the process of metal discharge it is stopped argon feeding and it is implemented cut-off of slag, and the process of out-furnace treatment in aggregate furnace-ladle is implemented under low-basic slag. Treatment time is regulated by mathematical relation. At the finishing of out-furnace treatment to mirror of metal it is added lime for heat insulation of metal for following pouring, received profiled section is heated and rolled in continuous rough and finishing train with inter-deformation cooling, after what it is cooled in line of water cooling up to temperature, defined by mathematical relation.
EFFECT: sorbitised rod with specified mechanical properties; reduction of expenditures for its manufacturing.
