FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine production, particularly to ICE fuel system devices. Adsorber-desorber serves to entrap and adsorb gasoline vapors evaporating from vehicle gas tank and to force them back by desorption of adsorbent by atmospheric air. Said adsorber-desorber comprises housing with cover, adsorption unit communicated with atmosphere, chamber made by housing walls between adsorption unit and cover, inlet pipe passing through housing cover to communicate aforesaid chamber with engine fuel tank, blowdown pipe passing through housing cover to communicate aforesaid chamber with engine suction channel, and diaphragm mounted in the chamber to divide it into top and bottom spaces so that inlet pipe face seats in the chamber top space. It comprises also branch pipes arranged in the chamber top space to communicate both chamber spaces, top and bottom. First ends of said branch pipes are mounted in said diaphragm, while their second ends form minimum positive tolerance with the cover inner surface. Blowdown pipe is inserted into the chamber bottom space, while one or several throttles are arranged between face of inlet pipe and that of blowdown pipe located on opposite sides of aforesaid diaphragm.
EFFECT: ruling out suction of fuel vapors from fuel tank into engine suction channel.
