FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and heat engineering, particularly to methods and devices intended for treatment of fuel before its combustion, and can be used in ICE fuel systems, boiler furnaces and other power generation plants. Proposed device comprises dielectric housing to pass fuel, electrodes arranged with a gap and connected with generator. Electrodes are coated with catalyst, while generator is furnished with frequency modulator to influence fuel in electrode gap by high-frequency modulated fields.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fuel combustion.
