SUBSTANCE: casing with a lateral electrode has an insulator with the central electrode placed in it away from the lateral electrode. The latter has a through hole, and a cone-shaped recess is made in the central electrode opposite the mentioned hole. The diameter of the hole in the lateral electrode is 3 to 35% larger than the maximum diameter of the recess. The lateral electrode may be made multisectional with side holes on the sections, the respective cone- shaped recesses being positioned opposite them. The recesses may have grooves aligned with them, the diameter of the grooves is 3 to 20% smaller than that of the respective hole on the lateral electrode. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
