FIELD: physics; semiconductors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryoelectronics and can be used in high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) circuits. In the controlled superconductor resistor, the resistive magnetosensitive element is made in form of a meander from a thick-film high-temperature superconductor. The magnetic control element is made in form of a thick-film high-temperature superconducting track, which lies parallel to the plane of the meander, symmetrical about its axis and insulated from it. Parametres of the device have a well defined relationship.
EFFECT: high quality of controlled resistor, reduction of its dimensions and complexity, possibility of automatic control and use at nitrogen temperatures.
