FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: device for physical training contains a framework, a belt whose design enables it being put on the individual being trained with provision for a fastening facility for the selected region of the body of the individual being trained, module(s) that is(are) mounted on the framework so that to provide for at least eight training vectors for the individual being trained. Each module contains a resilient element with one of its ends connected to the fastener and the other - to the connector, multiple auger mechanisms for direction of the abovementioned elastic element from the connector to the fastener; the connector is connected to the fastening facility for provision for training vectors for the specified region of the body of the individual being trained.
EFFECT: usage of the invention proposed enables training efficiency improvement.
