SUBSTANCE: training device for development and strengthening of muscles simulator - "Sputnik 1" expands the possibilities of effective training facilities outside the sports infrastructure facilities. Its structure which is completely placed on the human body and which does not interfere in the natural motor activity, provides certainty, purposefulness, variability and differentiation of load on muscles of the lower part of torso and hips. The process of improving physical qualities using the simulator "Sputnik 1" had the opportunity to entwine organically into the daily motor activity, without requiring concentration of primary focus on work with it.
EFFECT: providing the selective or the integrated easily differentiable load on the muscles of pelvis, hips and lower part of torso due to elastic force of rigid elements fixed on the body of the trainee, which deformation is caused when the natural physiological functions of these muscle groups.
