FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: slab heating is implemented up to temperature 1280°C or less, it is implemented hot rolling of slab, annealing of hot-rolled sheet, cold rolling one or multitude times with intermediate softening for receiving of sheet of final thickness, decarburising annealing of sheet, nitriding of steel sheet, coating for annealing and finish annealing. For receiving of distance between layers of grain pattern, consisting 20 micrometres or more, annealing of hot-rolled sheet is implemented at first at temperature from 1000 up to 1150°C for recrystallization, and then at lower temperature from 850 up to 1100°C. According to the second version for receiving of distance between layers of grain pattern of superficial layer after annealing, consisting 20 micrometres or more at annealing stage of hot-rolled sheet, it is implemented decarbonisation of steel sheet for value from 0.002 up to 0.02 wt % of carbon before decarburising annealing. In both versions in process of temperature rise at decarburising annealing sheet is heated at a rate, which is 40°C/s or more, in the range of temperatures, which is from 550°C up to 720°C, herewith it is used induction heating.

EFFECT: high magnetic properties.
