FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To produce textured steel sheet of electrical steel having improved magnetic properties, method involves heating of steel slab in temperature range of 1300 °C and less, hot rolling of steel slab to produce hot-rolled steel sheet, optionally annealing hot-rolled sheet in hot conditions zone, conducting for hot-rolled steel sheet after hot rolling or after annealing in zone of hot conditions of single, or double, or multiple cold rolling with intermediate annealing between them for production of cold-rolled steel sheet of final thickness and carrying out for cold-rolled steel sheet primary recrystallization annealing and secondary recrystallization annealing, wherein in the absence of intermediate annealing, hot-rolled steel sheet is subjected to annealing in the hot state zone, wherein heating is carried out at rate of 10 °C/s and less for a period of time in range of 10 seconds and more to 120 seconds and less in the temperature range from 700 °C and more to 950 °C and less, and in case of intermediate annealing heating at final intermediate annealing is carried out at speed equal to 10 °C/s and less for a period of time in range of 10 seconds and more to 120 seconds and less in the temperature range from 700 °C and more to 950 °C and less.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing textured steel sheet from electrical steel.
