SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Method of fabricated textured steel sheet includes formation of slab, heating of slab to temperature from 1,000 °C to 1,300 °C during time from 60 to 600 s, hot rolling of slab to produce hot-rolled steel sheet, optionally sheet annealing in zone of hot conditions, cold rolling sheet to produce cold-rolled steel sheet with final thickness, primary recrystallization annealing of cold-rolled sheet, secondary recrystallization annealing, wherein in the case of annealing in the hot state zone, the time for reaching 900 °C of 400 °C during heating is 100 s or less, and the holding temperature during annealing is 950 °C or more, and in case of absence of annealing in zone of hot conditions cold rolling is carried out in at least two stages with intermediate annealing between them, wherein during heating for the first intermediate annealing, time for achieving 900 °C from 400 °C is 100 s and less, and holding temperature during annealing is equal to 950 °C and more.
