FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for erection of slab-pile foundation includes arrangement of pile field and foundation slab with conical hollow holes arranged in it. In process of building erection access is provided to conical holes of slab-foundation grill, and as time elapses when slab-foundation grill achieves rated settling, which equals 1/2 of permissible value for this type of buildings, all conical holes are filled with concrete.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of foundation, reduced settling.
