FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may be used in erection of structures that are heavy and have a cross-wall structural pattern, being installed onto compressible soils in areas with high seismicity. The method to erect piled rafts in seismic areas includes arrangement of a pile field and a foundation slab with holes, filled with concrete as a mat achieves the rated subsidence equal to S from the permissible value for this type of the building. The mat includes through holes, by means of which the slab is installed onto piles with the possibility of free displacement along them. After arrangement of the mat they erect load-bearing walls with niches for piles, and they continue assembly of load-bearing structures during the time, while subsidence of the mat achieves S from the maximum rated subsidence, then all niches in walls are filled with concrete.
EFFECT: higher perception of load from a structure with a cross-wall structural pattern at a foundation by a slab, lower subsidence.
