FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied physics, particularly, to accelerating structures of linear resonance ion accelerators and can be used for light ion acceleration in miniature transport neutron generators. HF-accelerating structure of neutron generator is arranged in leak-proof housing. The said accelerating structure comprises 3D H-resonator representing a flat-topped box consisting of two parallel walls jointed by the base arranged perpendicular thereto. Rods are attached to box walls by their faces. Drift tubes are fastened on the rod face opposite that of rod attachment to walls. Perforated cylindrical ring and face bottoms attached thereto form resonator H-shield. Perforated holes area is determined from claimed relationships. Outer surface of the box both walls support permanent magnets arranged at a certain distance from each other. Adjacent magnets poles are unlike. Magnets arranged on opposite walls are shifted along structure axis for a certain distance. Tapes made from bulk getter are attached behind the magnets on box walls inner surfaces.
EFFECT: elimination of HF-resonance discharge.
