FIELD: health, fire prevention means.

SUBSTANCE: invention serves for reduction of fire hazard or slowdown of flame spreading mostly in large, open reservoirs or reservoirs covered with roof and floats, used for storage of fuel liquids, for instance oil. They consist of hollow reservoirs that are installed as stationary and have cylindrical shape arranged as reservoir for collection of liquid, which is equipped with other protective barrier passing along perimetre at a certain distance and creating space for trapping of liquid from leaks. Fire prevention device differs by the fact that reservoir, if required, space for liquid trapping in case of leaks, comprises covering bodies, which consist of stretching material wound in rolls, and floating, are arranged in rows, being adjacent to each other on liquid surface, besides construction foam is introduced into internal space of covering bodies, which serves as facility that provides for floatability.

EFFECT: development of fire prevention device, which is efficient in manufacturing, has more favourable free location, also multilayer one, of covering bodies, simple adjustment of these bodies submersion depth by sizing of internal elements that provide for floatability.
