FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in method working body is heated in process of contact-free thermal action by controlled and power-adjustable sources of infrared radiation. As thermal flow is distributed, infrared imager is used to simultaneously register thermal image of the whole surface of working body with the help of mirror reflectors system. Thermal image is registered from sources of radiation, energetic balances of working body and sources of energy are compared at specified mode of loading after processing of thermal diagrams with account of temperature distribution along surface of working body. Besides sources of heat, working body and mirror reflectors may rotate in system of coordinates, have n - degrees of freedom. Properties of investigated system are defined and monitored, and assessment of defects availability is carried out, and conditions are also identified, which are necessary for according functional appliance of working body in required technological process.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and sensitivity of control.
