FIELD: articles of personal use.

SUBSTANCE: device contains cylindrical rotating cylinder which rotates around rotation axis, fixing support and movable support, level for opening/closing, cam, support, which supports rotating cylinder and cam with possibility of rotation, spring and element for cylinder support. Fixing support is fixed to rotating cylinder and contains upper end, open from external periphery of rotating cylinder. Movable support can oscillate in axial direction of rotation axis and contains upper end, open from external periphery of rotating cylinder, and is configured in such way that position in which upper end of movable support rests on upper end of fixing support, and position in which said upper ends are separated, are switched as a result of oscillating movement of movable support. Lever for opening/closing is inserted into rotating cylinder in such way that it can make alternating motion in axial direction of rotating cylinder and oscillate movable support. Cam performs alternating motion of level for opening/closing in axial direction in case of rotation around axis. Spring displaces cam in lever direction for opening/closing in order to press cam to lever. Element for cylinder support is made in form of part of support, which supports rotating cylinder and cam, and can oscillate together with string with respect to support case.
