FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely reconstructive-regenerative surgery of burn injury consequences. The after-burn cicatricial deformation of mammary gland is cleared by local tissue plasty. It involves detection of the roughest part of scars to be excised and transected. Along the border of said scars, vertexes of basilateral valve flaps are marked, while the scars between the flap vertexes are excised. The displaced mammary gland is mobilised in the position symmetric to the healthy gland. The tissues are moved by cutting out the valve flaps of the unchanged basilateral tissues to be sutured in the vertexes with positioning the upper edge thereof along the line of the submammary fold.
EFFECT: method allows clearing the cicatricial displacement of mammary gland and reducing the scar region.
