FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns processing of surgical suture material with an antimicrobic coating to improve regeneration and prevention of postoperative complications of infectious genesis in closure of hepatic wounds. Substance of the offered invention consists in that sterile resolving suture material used in hepatic surgery for hepatorrhaphy in hepatic damages and resections before applied directly is put for 72 hours in a pot with 15% propolis spirit and closed with a lapped cover. The suture material pulled out from 15% propolis spirit is air-dried and can be used for intended purpose immediately.
EFFECT: development of the suture material with antimicrobial activity and ability to stimulate reparative processes in hepatorrhaphy.
