COMPLEX FOR CLEANING DUMPCARS AT UNLOADING Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B65G67/26 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; loading/unloading equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed complex for cleaning dumpcars at unloading contains intake hopper 1, rail track 2 for dumpcar train and bridge crane 4 with lifting mechanism arranged over intake hopper and track. Lifting mechanism is mounted on trolley for movement along bridge of crane. Winch is installed on upper edge of intake hopper at side opposite to track. Traction member of which is secured on tail part of rake scraper 11. Trailing device fro bridge crane lifting mechanism is secured on upper part of scraper and motor-vibrator is installed. Trailing device with loop is installed with displacement relative to center of gravity of scraper to side from its tail part. Winch is mounted on platform for turning in horizontal plane relative to frame.

EFFECT: provision of complete emptying and cleaning of dumpcar bodies.
