SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic roll replacement device incorporated with decoiler. Proposed device comprises decoiling station wherein a roll runs free about the core central axis to feed material along processing line. Temporary storage station is arranged ahead of decoiling station and appliance to transfer almost-empty roll from decoiling station to temporary storage station. Proposed device comprises also multiple idle rollers or bearings arranged on temporary storage station with their axes located parallel to empty roll core axis.
EFFECT: simplified roll replacement.
