FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: fitting includes rotor and stator discs, the working surface of which is divided with intermediate grooves closed at the inlet of grinding cavity and opened at its outlet into sectors with knives of straight-line shape which are made on them. Knives are applied parallel to one of radial generatrixes of sector, made alternate with inter-knife grooves closed on the side of inlet and outlet, which are restricted with side walls of knives and lower plane of base. The shape of fillet with radius of rounding r=0.25-0.4 of knife height is given to mating point of one side knife wall and base. There provided is increase of process intensification by providing optimum condition of fibre material passage through grinding cavity owing to reduction of local resistance forces and absence of plugging and pressing of inter-knife grooves at grinding of high concentration mass.
EFFECT: improving reliability of knives and reduction of power consumption.
