FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designs of pumps, hydraulic motors and flow dividers for discharge of the housing from axial deformation induced with delivery pressure supplied to cuffs installed in compensators and pressing them to edges of gears with support on bearings and then to housing bottom and cover or to both covers when the design of housing has no bottom. Gear hydraulic unit includes housing with internal borings, drive and driven gears with compensators and bearings on trunnions, which are located in borings of housing, and thrust bearings. Thrust bearings are installed on trunnion ends of gears. One race of which is rigidly fixed in the trunnion. The other race is located being borne against bearing end of gear, and between them there installed is separator with balls or separator is made so that it contacts directly the bearing end of gear.
EFFECT: eliminating axial forces acting on housing from covers receiving these forces from gears pumping the working liquid through compensators and bearings.
