FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: domestic waste is sorted in sorter. At the sorting stage waste having low energy potential is removed from domestic waste. Prepared mixture of domestic waste is supplied to crushing device, and then it is moved to drying device and to storage device, and after that, mixture is supplied to pyrolysis reactor. Pyrolysis process is performed in reactor, and synthesis gas and mixture of coking carbon residues is obtained from mixture of waste. Together with pyrolysis process, heat or flue gas is removed. Synthesis gas obtained during pyrolysis process is supplied from pyrolysis reactor to dry cleaning device with dust collector; where synthesis gas dust level is decreased. Synthesis gas cleaned off dust is supplied to wet gas cleaning system, in which it is cleaned off resins and impurities and supplied to flotator from which dehydrated impurities are moved further through centrifuge to pyrolysis reactor furnace, where dehydrated resins and impurities are burnt together with mixture of coking carbon residues. Synthesis gas cleaned off resins and impurities is supplied to absorber in which water solution saturated with carbon dioxide is extracted from synthesis gas. Water solution is supplied to desorber with further separation of saturated solution in desorber into carbon dioxide and service water. Synthesis gas cleaned off impurities is supplied to generator for generation of electric energy used further in power lines, and generator exhaust heat is converted to heat energy for being used and/or converted.
EFFECT: simplifying system design and pyrolysis reactor itself, improving their reliability, increasing efficiency of recycling method of domestic waste, providing maximum degree of non-waste pyrolysis process of domestic waste.
