SUBSTANCE: there is applied method for assaying the functional activity of component C3 in alternative pathway of human complement that implies sorption in the microarray wells of an activator of alternative complement pathway, introduction into the microarray wells of a solution containing reagent R3, and an analysed sample containing component C3 of human complement of unknown activity, incubation with Mg2+ ions and without Ca2+ ions, discharge of the well contents, and then sequential introduction of an enzyme conjugate with antibodies against human component C3 and a substratum of this enzyme and calculation of component C3 activity by the amount of prepared fermentation product, differing that lysozyme is used as the activator of alternative complement pathway.
EFFECT: good reproducibility of results.
