SUBSTANCE: preparation of peptidoglycan is sorbed in microarray wells; a sample containing a human complement component C3 with an unknown activity is introduced; EDTA incubation is performed; a conjugate of an enzyme of the anti-human component C3 antibody and a substrate of this enzyme are added, and the activity of the component C3 is calculated by an amount of the prepared enzymatic reaction product. A kit for determining the functional activity of the human complement component C3 contains a flat-bottom micro-array with the sorbed preparation of peptidoglycan, the conjugate of the enzyme with the anti-human component C3 antibody, a substrate buffer and donor's blood serum with the known activity of C3 as a reference.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables determining the functional activity of the human complement component C3 system and possesses good result reproducibility.
