SUBSTANCE: production method of flavoured coffee drink involves extraction of basil with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of girasol-sunflower, drying of it in microwave field and roasting, cutting of briers, their drying in microwave field, roasting of barley grain, acorns, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya. Mixing of girasol-sunflower with briers, barley grain, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya is done in the mass ratio of 2:1:6:6:1:1:3 by means of combined loading in the cryomiller shell. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost in the shell to achieve the pressure corresponding to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at the impregnation temperature and pressure release until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
