FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor comprises housing accommodating coaxial active running wheel and reactive fixed wheel with radial cells arranged on face sides of said wheels to make work zone between said face sides, and means to allow treated fluid pass through work zone. Housing can incorporate, on reactive wheel rear side, a chamber separated from reactive wheel cells by tight partition to allow treated fluid pass through said chamber. Active wheel is mounted inside the housing to form the chamber between the housing and active wheel rear side, which communicates, via active wheel bore, with work zone. Housing can have, on reactive wheel rear side, the first chamber, while active wheel can be arranged in the housing to form second chamber.
EFFECT: efficient conversion of consumed power into that of cavitation.
