FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions may be used for purification of lubricant-cooling liquids (LCL) and recovery of lubricant oils quality by content of ferromagnetic admixtures. Processed liquid is supplied to reservoir along supplying nozzle in the form of rectangular chute along channels produced by partitions installed at identical distance from each other between rotary cylindrical magnetic disks. Ferromagnetic particles settled on magnetic disks are removed by accessory for cleaning, which is arranged in the form of inclined comb from non-magnetic material with ledges and chutes with scrapers. Water jet is used to flush ferromagnetic sludge from comb chutes. Mixture of water and sludge is sent into the field of centrifugal forces. Water and solid phases are separated. Water is sent for reuse, and ferromagnetic sludge with remaining water is sent serially to drier and container with further remelt of ferromagnetic sludge.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and extent of LCL purification, increased efficiency of installation operation.
