FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of solid domestic waste (SDW) sorting. Method includes loading of SDW into chamber of hydraulic separation, such as stationary snow-melting chambers. Separating liquid used is represented by surface storm sewage flows. In hydraulic separation chamber, SDW is mixed with the help of hydraulic gun by separating liquid. Fractions of SDW with negative buoyancy, which are settled on the bottom of hydraulic separation chamber, are drained beyond chamber limits together with residual liquid, and further serial separation is carried out with extraction of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass and anthropogenic residues. Fractions of SDW with positive buoyancy, which remain on the surface of liquid in chamber of hydraulic separation due to free floatation, are drained beyond chamber limits, crushed and then separated in multiple stages in serial-parallel batteries of hydraulic cyclones. Only one of fractions is separated in each of hydraulic cyclones. Used flows of separated liquid with the help of pumps are sent to local treatment facilities for filtration and reagent treatment, and then back into chamber of hydraulic separation along closed water recirculation circuit.

EFFECT: improved extent of ecological safety of city water objects, reduced expenses for sorting of SDW.
