FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pouring of melt into rotating around horizontal axis mould and additive of refractory particles through metering device into jet of metal. Depending on density refractory disperse particles are replaced on internal and external surface of blank under action of centrifugal force and gravity. For simultaneous strengthening of external and internal surfaces of blank at first there are fed refractory disperse particles with density more than 6000 kg/m3, and then there are introduced particles with density less than 5000 kg/m3 and up to the end of pouring there are fed jointly.
EFFECT: there is provided receiving of tubular billets with high strength, corrosive and heatproof properties of surfaces.
