FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: control method of pressure on clamping conveyor of threshing machine is in changing of pressure on clamping conveyor up to necessary on the basis of result of control linear density of material before mechanical operation in flow. It is implemented automatic fixing and transferring of current value of layer linear density on block of analyser and it is formed control of actuating mechanism, which implements pressure on conveyors of the first and the second scutching sections. Pressure control device on clamping conveyor of threshing machine, contains clamping rollers and pressure control mechanism, electronic static scales with top picker conveyor, which allows ability of movement for control of density of the material, and group of cylinders for pressure control on conveyors.

EFFECT: usage of particular group of inventions provides reduction of material losses during the treatment process, of labour-intensiveness, self-descriptiveness increasing, ability of application of received beforehand data arrays and modern software.
