FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in biotechnology, pharmacology and micro channel cooling systems incorporated with electronic hardware. This invention proposes micro fluidal systems, method of producing them and method of controlling fluid medium flowing through micro channel of micro fluidal system. Inner side of micro channel incorporates actuating elements designed to very shape and orientation in response to outer stimulating effects. Above shape and orientation variations allow controlling and manipulating fluid medium flow through micro channel.
EFFECT: compact and cheap system, ease of use.
